"Your Doctor, Your Hospital, Your Choices"
Do you know your birth rights in the hospital setting? Still feel unclear how to get the birth you desire even after attending a consumer oriented birth class & writing a birth plan? Where do hospital guidelines & doctor protocols fit in? Have you hired a doula with the assumption she will be able to "speak for you" in the hospital? Join us for an open dialogue about effective ways to communicate with doctors, midwives and staff. If you are pregnant, planning on becoming pregnant, planning to v-bac or work with birthing women this is a very important opportunity to speak frankly about the issues surrounding the difficulties often encountered when an individual is working within the structure of our birth system.

The Birth & Baby Resource Network is grateful to Dr. Kromhout for joining us in this discussion.
