The Birth & Baby Resource Network is proud to present the author of "Parenting Solutions: Encouragement for Everyday Parenting Concerns". Joan Rice, author, pediatric nurse, credentialed parent educator and La Leche League guest presenter will discuss ways to work with children during those often stressful toddler years.
